Reserve the Park

  1. Make sure you have checked the calendar page ensuring that the park is available. (Click here to view calendar.)
  2. Complete the information form below.
  3. Your reservation request form is automatically routed to a board member for verification. Upon verification, we will add your reservation as tentative to our calendar and invoice you via our payment vendor, PayPal.
  4. The invoice is sent directly to your email by PayPal. (Make sure it doesn't accidentally get put in your junk mail folder.) You pay by clicking on the link in that email.
  5. The PayPal webpage allows you to pay in one of two ways. You do NOT need a PayPal account, you can choose to pay by credit card by clicking on the button towards the bottom. Please note that PayPal does not share any payment details with us.
  6. When PayPal confirms payment is completed, we will update our calendar to confirm your event and send you an email.
Thank you for using our online reservation request form. After verifying the info you have entered, you will be invoiced via PayPal. Be on the lookout for this invoice via email from PayPal.
