Request to Reserve the Park

Complete the information form below.
Your reservation request form is automatically routed to a board member for verification. Upon verification, we will add your reservation as tentative to our calendar and invoice you via our payment vendor, PayPal.
The invoice is sent directly to your email by PayPal. (Make sure it doesn't accidentally get put in your junk mail folder.) You pay by clicking on the link in that email.
The PayPal webpage allows you to pay in one of two ways. You do NOT need a PayPal account, you can choose to pay by credit card by clicking on the button towards the bottom. Please note that PayPal does not share any payment details with us.
When PayPal confirms payment is completed, we will update our calendar to confirm your event and send you an email.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Park open from dawn to dusk. No firearms, fireworks, or loud music. No motorized recreational vehicles. No alcohol or drugs. No horseback riding. Dogs must be on a leash. Please remove your trash when you leave. Use park at your own risk. (Green Valley Park assumes no responsibility for any damage, fire, theft, third party damage to any vehicle, or injury, accident or death to any park visitor.) Picnic shelter reservations are required for groups of 16 or more. Confirmed reservations are posted on the kiosk at the picnic shelter and entered on our website calendar. Clean tables and take all trash, decorations and debris when you leave.
